The liners are of an amazing quality. It doesn't let any stains on the underneath, doesn't get nasty wet or glued to the bottom like any other paper would. My parrot hasn't destroyed these crocks yet! We have a set for his bird cage and another set for is playstand. I love that they are stainless steel and all the parts are stainless so I haven't seen any rust yet!
